The room block is available through the nights of Sunday, October 2, 2022, through Friday, October 7, 2022.​

This block of sleeping rooms will be available for booking until 5:00 PM MST Thursday, September 8, 2022, or until the block is full. After this date, rooms and the negotiated rate will be available at the hotel's discretion. We encourage you to use the hotel reservation link above as soon as possible to make your sleeping room reservation.

Cancellation for sleeping room reservations, must be made 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid one night room plus tax charge on the credit card provided. Early departure fees may apply without notifying the Hotel at check-in of the change in scheduled departure.
